At QCS we have a diverse array of experience among our employees, partners, and associates which allow us to meet a variety of cost estimating needs. All planning and estimating projects are unique and therefore require diverse management practices. During each project’s initiation phase, QCS identifies and agrees upon ground rules and basic assumptions with the client to minimize misunderstandings and wasted effort. QCS feels that this is a key step for having a successful end result with minimal or no problems. QCS stands by (guarantees) their work and will act quickly and professionally to modify the end product to more effectively meet our client’s needs.

QCS employees have the skills to develop conceptual project estimates with a minimum of information, such as drawings or specifications. This type of estimate is built from the ground up by visiting the site, taking photos, and compiling quantities for accurate take off’s. QCS’s experience in the construction field allows them to make accurate and defendable assumptions when the design information is not available. QCS utilizes its contractor license held by some of there employees to get accurate quotes on material and equipment.
