D & D Estimates: High Explosives Processing Plant 340

The TA-16-340 complex consists twelve structures totaling approximately 50,521 square feet. The buildings are constructed of reinforced concrete with a network of roads, passageways, and utilities connecting the buildings. The facility was built during the 1940's and was used in the processing of high Explosives.

Contaminants included: Asbestos, Residual High Explosives, Lead Paint
